Know Before You Go

• 【Room cleaning service notification】 ・Consecutive nights stay (2 nights ~ 6 nights) : "Simple cleaning" service will be done by request. If you want, please put out a cleaning request tag in front of the door. Simple cleaning；collection of face towels, bath towels, bath mats, nightwear, and trash in trash cans. ・For stays of 7 nights or more: In addition to the above "simple cleaning", "room cleaning" will be done once a week. Bed making, changing towels and nightwear, replenishing room equipment, cleaning the room, and collecting garbage from the trash can. *Additional room cleaning is available for an additional fee. Please contact the front desk for details.

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

• An accommodation tax is required in Kyoto from Oct 2018. Guests (both adults and children) are required to pay JPY200 per guest per night if the room rate per night is under JPY20,000, JPY500 per guest per night if the room rate per night is between JPY20,000 and JPY49,999, and JPY1,000 per guest per night if the room rate per night is JPY50,000 or greater. This surcharge is not included in the total rate for some rooms and shall be paid at the hotel. For details, please confirm with the hotel.
