There is no front desk at this property. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests. Guests must be at least age 20 to stay in a smoking room.

Know Before You Go

• The seasonal pool will be open from July to September.
• One child 3 years old or younger stays free, per registered adult, when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.
• The property is cleaned and disinfected using an electrostatic sprayer; disinfectant is used to clean the property; commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays; bed sheets and towels are laundered at a temperature of at least 60°C/140°F.

Fees

• Pet deposit: JPY 10000 per stay
• Pet fee: JPY 7000 per pet, per day

• Housekeeping fee: JPY 3000 per day, varies per unit size
