• If you are planning to arrive after 22:00, please contact the hotel in advance.
• Please enter details of at least one guest. The details of the guest provided must be the same person who will handle the check-in procedure at the hotel.
• When booking, please provide names of all guests who will check in at the hotel. Changing or adding guests to the booking is not accepted. If you want to modify your booking, please cancel it and book again. If you are traveling with children, please inform Trip.com of their ages, as additional fees may apply depending on the hotel (pay at hotel reception). Otherwise, children may not be accommodated. If children can stay for free, then one bed can only accommodate one child. An accommodation tax may be charged by some hotels in Osaka and Tokyo (pay at the hotel). A hot spring tax may be charged by hot spring hotels (pay at the hotel), please check with the hotel reception for specfic cost. If you arrive after 23:00, please contact the hotel or Trip.com in advance. For guests who book with dinners included, please contact the hotel or Trip.com in advance if you arrive after 18:00. Otherwise, you may be unable to enjoy the dinner. Special requests are subject to the hotel's discretion at the time of check-in.
• An additional local tax may be charged per room per night between May 11, 2017 and Dec 31, 2022. Please check with the hotel reception who will take the payment if required. From Dec 31 to Jan 1, a mandatory New Year's dinner fee may apply (please check with the hotel to see if this is being enforced).
