The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 9 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property ahead of time using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Know Before You Go

• Reservations are required for private bath/onsen. Reservations can be made by contacting the ryokan prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• This property advises that enhanced cleaning and guest safety measures are currently in place.
• Disinfectant is used to clean the property, and commonly-touched surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant between stays.
• Personal protective equipment, including masks, will be available to guests.

With a stay at Yufuin Ryokan Baien, you'll be centrally located in Yufu, within a 5-minute drive of Kinrin Lake and Yufuin Motorcycle Museum. This ryokan is 12 mi (19.4 km) from Hells of Beppu and 5.6 mi (9 km) from Kijima Kogen Park.
