[Bathing tax] 150 JPY per person is not included in the reservation fee. Please pay directly at the property.
Children 0-5 years old stay for free if using existing bed.
Children 6-12 years old will be charged 70 % of the adult price.
Children 13 years and over are considered as adults.
Guests must inform the property of each guest’s gender so that proper room amenities can be set up.
Guests who reserved a room with dinner must check in before 06:00 PM or dinner cannot be served and no refund provided.
Meals are available for children 5 years and above. Advance reservation by phone or email is required. Any cancellation after arrival is subject to a cancellation fee.
Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.
Please let the property know the expected arrival time in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property directly.
The restaurants around the area are limited and may close early in the evening. Dining options may be difficult to find after 06:00 PM.
