Know Before You Go

• When booking, please provide names of all guests who will check in at the hotel. Changing or adding guests to the booking is not accepted. If you want to modify your booking, please cancel it and book again. If you are traveling with children, please inform Trip.com of their ages, as additional fees may apply depending on the hotel (pay at hotel reception). Otherwise, children may not be accommodated. If children can stay for free, then one bed can only accommodate one child. An accommodation tax may be charged by some hotels in Osaka and Tokyo (pay at the hotel). A hot spring tax may be charged by hot spring hotels (pay at the hotel), please check with the hotel reception for specfic cost. If you arrive after 23:00, please contact the hotel or Trip.com in advance. For guests who book with dinners included, please contact the hotel or Trip.com in advance if you arrive after 18:00. Otherwise, you may be unable to enjoy the dinner. Special requests are subject to the hotel's discretion at the time of check-in.
• Know Before You Go The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• When booking, please provide the gender and names of all guests who will check in at the hotel. If you are traveling with children, please specify their age in your booking as additional fees may apply depending on the hotel. Otherwise, children may unable to check in.
