Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and smart lock details. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. Guests are recommended to download the property's JustIn Mobile mobile app before check-in.

Know Before You Go

• Hot springs access available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
• Children 3 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The property has connecting/adjoining rooms, which are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property using the number on the booking confirmation.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

Fees

• Fee for continental breakfast: approximately JPY 2500 for adults and JPY 1800 for children
• Early check-in is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Late check-out is available for a fee (subject to availability)
• Housekeeping fee: JPY 3000 per day, varies per unit size
• Crib (infant bed) fee: JPY 3500.0 per night

Mandatory Fees and Taxes

You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A bathing tax, collected at the property, may be charged. The bathing tax applies to properties with hot springs and ranges from JPY 150-500 per person, per night based on local regulations. Please note that further exemptions may apply.
• Service fee: 10 percent
