Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 10 PM. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests booked in Half Board rates must check-in by 6 PM to receive dinner. The entrance to the property closes between midnight and 7 AM. Guests are not permitted to enter or leave the property during this time. Guests with dietary restrictions or food allergies should contact this property 3 days in advance. Guests with Room Only or Breakfast Included plans must request and book dinner by 4 PM on the same day. Guests with Room Only plans must request and book breakfast by 9 PM the evening prior to breakfast.

Know Before You Go

• Up to 2 children 2 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent or guardian's room, using existing bedding.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
