The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 10 PM. This property doesn't offer after-hours check-in. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. This property's public bath will be closed until further notice. This property offers shuttle pick-up and drop-off services from/to Kawaguchiko Station and Fujikyu Highland bus stop at no charge (subject to availability). Reservations are required and must be made at least an hour in advance of arrival.
