Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. The check-in location differs from the property location. Check-in location: [2-7-13 Kamiyoshida, Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture]. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 72 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Know Before You Go

• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
