Special check-in instructions
The front desk is open daily from 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. The front desk is staffed during limited hours.

Know Before You Go

• There is limited hot water on site.
• The Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare requires all international visitors to submit their passport number and nationality when registering at any lodging facility (inns, hotels, motels, etc. ). Additionally, lodging proprietors are required to photocopy passports for all registering guests and keep the photocopy on file.
• Some facilities may have restricted access. Guests can contact the property for details using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Free in-room WiFi has a 10-device limit. WiFi in public areas is also free for up to 120 minutes per day (10-device limit).
• Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions.
• Contactless check-in and contactless check-out are available.
• Please note that some properties do not permit guests with tattoos to use the onsite public bathing facilities.
